SHIPPING

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we offer shipping options to most countries worldwide.
- France & Europe: 7 to 14 days for delivery, except for custom orders which may take up to 21 days.
- USA & Rest of the World: 10 to 21 days for delivery

What shipping methods are available?
All orders are shipped from France via UPS, DHL or Chronopost. A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Customs
For any order shipped outside the European Union, customs duties and import taxes may apply upon arrival in the destination country. If your order is held by customs, additional charges may be required. These duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Orders & Tracking

My order hasn’t arrived yet, what should I do?
If you have not received your product(s) within 3–4 weeks, please contact us at art@forgetmat.com and we will investigate with the carrier. If the delay is due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer, a new delivery will be charged.

PRODCUTS & FINISHING

Which papers are available for your fine art photographic prints?
We work exclusively with professional-grade Hahnemühle® Fine Art papers, internationally recognized for their museum-quality standards:
- Hahnemühle Photo Rag® Bright White (310 g/m²) :100% cotton, smooth matte finish, natural white tone, ideal for detailed works and soft contrasts.
- Hahnemühle Photo Rag® Baryta (315 g/m²) : 100% cotton, glossy baryta finish, deep blacks and rich contrasts, reminiscent of traditional darkroom prints.

Do you offer finishing options and custom sizes?
The artworks presented on our website are sold as photographic paper prints. On request, they can also be printed on alternative materials such as ChromaLuxe®. We also offer various finishing options: framing, float frames (American box), standard or anti-reflective glass.
Note: Standard prints are sold unframed.
